Gertrude invites you to join us for an afternoon of programs as part of Octopus 22: Baroquetopus (Humanimal entanglements and tentacular spectaculars) curated by Tessa Laird.
The program will include an in-conversation with artists Peter Waples-Crowe and Gina Bundle, including a possum skin cloak-making demonstration. This will be followed by a screening of films by Ivor Cantrill and Arthur and Corinne Cantrill in their original 16mm format, as well as videos by Sebastian Wiedemann, Jim Trainor, and Tina Stefanou. The evening will conclude with performances by Tina Stefanou and friends, and Kelping (Lichen Kelp, Dylan Martorell, Jason Hood and Benjamin Hancock).
Gertrude will serve refreshments during the afternoon.

3.15pm Discussion | Artists Gina Bundle and Peter Waples-Crowe in conversation, discussing the process of making new works for the exhibition Octopus 22: Baroquetopus, and working with possum skin cloaks
