Gertrude is accepting applications for the Dedicated First Nations Studio Opportunity. The general call-out has now closed. The two-year Gertrude Studio Program has been at the core of the organisation since its founding four decades ago.

Gertrude is pleased to welcome Rekkaa Moorthy, Sophie Brown and Nathan Beard to the organisation's Board of Directors in 2024.

Every two years Gertrude invites applications from Australian-based early practice curators for a one-off exhibition as part of the organisation’s commitment to providing opportunities for the next generation of curatorial leaders.

In an ongoing partnership with Gertrude, leading local artists will present a curated selection of works every six months in the West Lounge Pools of the 101 Collins ground floor.
